You can have your package within 4 weeks from placing your order if all the items are in stock. To avoid any disappointment we strongly recommend that you place your order 12 weeks before your completion date.Do I have to be there when Overseas Furniture Packs install and fit the furniture package?
NO! We arrange everything. We arrange to get the keys from the developer or Estate Agent and sort everything out. You do not have to be present and you do not have to do a thing - Just enjoy your new home from day one.Can we personalise our furniture package?

The 2 bedroom Classic Emerald Pack is by far the best seller. This gives you the best of both worlds; a great combination of low price and luxury, thus increasing your rental returns. The Diamond pack is generally for people whose property is for personal use or for renting out to the top end market.Do you furnish for developers?
Yes, we can design a specific furniture package for Show Apartments to meet the needs of any developer. Please contact us directly with more information and we will arrange for a personal consultation with one of our Interior Designers, who will advise on the best products to suit your development.Do you discount for multiple orders?
Yes, we are happy to discuss discounts based on furnishing multiple units, whether you are furnishing a couple of units or a whole development. The amount of discount offered will be based on the volume and size of the order.Can you give me a delivery date before I place my order?
Yes, just contact us and give us the details of the furniture package you require, along with your preferred delivery date and we can confirm your delivery date before you place your order.Can I have my furniture now?
Yes, unlike other companies we carry a large selection of stock that is available for immediate delivery. However, we cannot guarantee availability for your exact choice, so we advise placing your order in advance to avoid being disappointed and to ensure that your furniture will be delivered on time.How much is Delivery/Installation?
There are no extra charges for assembly, delivery and installation. With Overseas Furniture Packs your furniture is assembled, delivered and installed for the quoted price, with no added hidden charges.When should I place my order?
The best time to place your order is as soon as possible. Although it only takes 2 months, by reserving your furniture package in advance we place your order with the factory straight away, thus ensuring delivery and locking in the price of your order for up to 12 months in advance.How do I pay my deposit?
We give you the option to choose between three different ways of paying the deposit for your furniture package, giving you the maximum security and personal choice:- Cheque
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
- Cash
What are the payment terms?
Deposit: On placing your order we require a down-payment of £500.00.First Instalment 30% of total order: within one month of deposit we require a first instalment of 30% we will then give you an order confirmation within 24 hours of receipt confirming your order and delivery date. If for any reason we cannot meet your requirements, we will give you a 100% refund.*
Second Instalment 50% of total order: At least six weeks before delivery. We will contact you to re-confirm your delivery date and arrange the details.
Balance on Delivery: The balance of order is due on or before delivery, which we can arrange with you at your convenience. If you are present at the day of installation then a cash payment can be made to our fitters. If not then any bank transfer of cheque needs to have cleared before installation.
Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Not only are there five different packages in many different colours and fabrics to choose from, you can also customize /personalise your order and add any other items shown on the website, we have a large range within our showroom here in the West Midlands.Can I speak to one of your advisors?

We require four weeks’ notice to arrange the delivery of your furniture. Please contact us as soon as you know when your property will be ready so that we can schedule your installation accordingly. Remember, you will need to arrange for the keys to be available.How much is delivery?
We deliver anywhere in Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium and Germany free of charge. We can also deliver to anywhere else in Europe with an added charge to cover the cost of delivery.What if I can’t make my delivery date?
If your apartment is not ready for the furniture to be installed on the date that you specified when you made the order we will store your furniture free of charge for one month if the package is still in the UK, if the package has already left for its destination then there will be a small charge to cover the cost of storing your furniture until your apartment is ready.Do I need insurance?
It is recommended that you have content insurance on your property before your furniture is installed in case of loss or damage. We do not provide this service ourselves, however we can give you recommendations upon request.Can somebody else accept my delivery?
You can authorize your agent or management company to take delivery on your behalf. Just send us their contact details and we will arrange the delivery with them directly – we will even e-mail photos of your installed furniture should you require it.Can you advise me on what I will need?

We work with a specialist air conditioning company who can help you choose what type of unit(s) would be most suitable for your property. Please request this with one of our advisors for more information.Can you supply safes?
Yes, we provide two types of safes that we recommend for rental units which can be delivered and installed with your furniture. If these are not what you are looking for we can recommend a company that specialises in security safes who have a wide variety of safes and security devices to choose from.Do you supply fire and safety packs?
When we install your furniture we can also install a Fire and Safety Package, which includes fire sensors, a fire blanket, and fire extinguisher(s) with displays signs. If you are looking to rent out your property, we recommend that you take this package, which is required by law and covers you in the event of an accident while your unit is being rentedCan you arrange cleaning of my apartment?
We work with a number of companies in certain areas and are able to arrange for a deep clean of your property, which is charged according to the number of hours needed. Expect to pay somewhere between €100 and €200 depending on the size of the property and how much work is required.
